Enrollment
A signed and completed application form and nursery contract must be received by the nursery, with a £50 NON REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE before a place is secured.
One secured, parents/carers are required to pay one full week deposit and the first months fees in advance before your child starts nursery. The deposit will be returned on leaving the nursery, provided a notice of one month is given in advance before the child leaves the nursery.
All parents must indicate whether they require full or part-time sessions, on their child's registration form. However, the nursery is flexible and willing to meet parents' needs where necessary.
Fees and Payment
The first months payment and deposit is payable immediately by cash, prior to your child's starting date. Thereafter payment options are: bank transfer, standing orders or vouchers on the 1st day of every month in advance.
Fees are calculated at a fixed monthly rate, based on the child's requested weekly sessions. Price of weekly sessions x 52 weeks / 12 months = monthly invoice. All bank holidays are subject to payment. Temporary additional sessions/days must be paid in advance and will not be refunded if cancelled.
All sessions booked must be paid for, regardless of whether the child is present or not. No refunds will be given for sessions missed without reason.
Late payments of any method will incur a £20 charge per calendar day. Failure to meet payment dates or constant fee defaults will result in the termination of nursery place, and will be offered to another candidate on the waiting list.
Late Collection
The Nursery is open from 7am-6:30pm (Mon-Fri). Please be punctual in collecting your child from nursery.
The latest time a child can be collected from the nursery is 6:30pm. If you are delayed in collecting your child, a late collection fee of £5 will be charged every 5 minute.
If you are over 45 minutes late and your child has not been collected, without hearing from you and contacting every emergency contact with success, we shall inform the children's social services or any other appropriate body.
A month's notice will be given before any increase of fees, closure of business or change in service offered.
